White Truffle Cream 80g, La Madia Regale
La Madia Regale was established by learned French traveler Mr Antoine Claude Pasquin, who, in the first half of the nineteenth century travelled through Umbria in Italy and fell in love with the exceptional quality products there, notably truffles.
This white truffle cream can be used to make sauces and can also be added to risottos and pasta dishes. Total weight:
