Black Salsa Tartufata, Madia Regale
La Madia Regale was established by learned French traveler Mr Antoine Claude Pasquin, who, in the first half of the nineteenth century travelled through Umbria in Italy and fell in love with the exceptional quality products there, notably truffles.
This black truffle sauce can be spread straight onto toast to create a delicious crostini or can be incorporated into any number of recipes. Total weight: 180g.
