Butter Beans, Navarrico

Navarrico are a family run business, based in San Adrian, Spain, one of the most fertile regions of the country. They are specialist producers of pulses, fruits and vegetables and grow produce across the Ebro valley in open fields which are irrigated with water from the adjacent river. The local terrain is rocky, which provides excellent drainage, and the changing day to night temperatures both create ideal growing conditions for artichokes, asparagus and peppers, the company’s most popular products.

These butter beans are buttery and creamy and make a fantastic purée or addition to stews, cassoulets and salads.
