Pinches Salt was created and is run by a mother, daughter team, who are committed to making seasoning interesting. All their flavoured salts and handmade in small, seasonal batches in Walsham Le Willows, Suffolk.

This is a sachet of sage, shallot and apple salt. This is absurdly delicious on pork chops, butternut squash pasta or risotto and a whole host of autumnal mushroom dishes. Total weight: 40g.
