Morcilla de Cerdo (Black Pudding Sausage)

Renilla is a family business that was born in Campo Charro, Salamanca. Renilla continues to follow traditional cooking and production methods and has achieved international success and recognition of their products. 


Morcilla is a Spanish blood sausage, used widely throughout the country in cooking and as a tapa. It has a rich meaty flavour and delicate texture. Each pack contains three sausages and weighs approximately 350g.
