Wild Garlic Yarg
Wild Garlic Yarg is an award winning English cheese made in Cornwall. It is wrapped in aromatic Allium ursinum (or wild garlic leaves) which are hand foraged from Cornish woodlands each spring.
Wild Garlic Yarg is a semi hard cheese with a crumbly core. It has a fresh, lactic, lemony flavour with mushroom undertones, a well balanced sharpness and hint of garlic.
Wild Garlic Yarg is aged for six weeks and is made with pasteurised cows’ milk and vegetarian rennet.
