Pecorino Badeconca

Pecorino Badeconca is a traditional aged ewes’ milk cheese from the island of Sardinia. It is made exclusively with whole milk from the island, on which the sheep graze on wild grasses, shrubs and herbs, the flavours of which are present in the final cheese. 

Pecorino Badeconca is a dry, lactic and tangy cheese with a strong piquancy and long lasting flavour. 

This cheese is aged for 6 months and is made with pasteurised ewes’ milk and vegetarian rennet.
