Gorgonzola is one of the world’s oldest blue veined cheeses and is made today in Northern Italy. Our Gorgonzola has been produced for over 30 years to the highest standard, using only local milk and putting care and passion into every cheese.
Gorgonzola Dolce is unbelievably rich, gooey and creamy, we even serve it with an ice cream scoop into a tub! It has a brilliant, strong but sweet flavour, which is well balanced by the luxurious texture.
This cheese is aged for 3 to 4 months and is made with pasteurised cows’ milk and traditional rennet.
