Delice de Bourgogne
Fromagerie Lincet have been making cheese for five generations and are dedicated to the production of traditional Burgondian and other regional cheeses. Their recipes are unchanged since 1895 and the dairy farms who provide the milk they use have been with the fromagerie for over 50 years.
Delice de Bourgogne is decadent and rich with a buttery and velvety texture and a tangy flavour. It has a bloom rind with mushroomy notes and is made with the addition of crème fraîche so has a tart and lactic centre.
This cheese is aged for 6-8 weeks and is made with pasteurised cow’s milk and traditional rennet.
