All O Med vinegars are made with organic wine, which preserves the original flavour of the grapes and ensures a wonderful acidity on the palate.


This Chardonnay Vinegar is made with Spanish Lérida grapes and then aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. It has a soft acidity and distinctive flavour of Chardonnay. This bottle contains 250ml.


Ingredients:


Chardonnay White Wine Vinegar (77%), Concentrated Grape Must (23%). Contains sulphites. Acidity 6º.
