Amalfi Lemon Marmalade, Single Variety

Single Variety Co was launched in 2016 in Nicola’s home kitchen in London. She had a desire to create the very best tasting fruit preserves and chilli jams on the market. Every jam is still made in small batches using fruit from local farms and the least amount of sugar possible so that the flavour of each fruit and chilli can truly shine.

This marmalade is made with fresh, organic Amalfi lemons which are both sweet, sour and fragrant so make a fantastically flavoured, firm set marmalade.

Sugar, Amalfi Lemon, Water, Natural Pectin.
