Strawberry Crisps for Cheese
Dardiman’s fruit crisps were initially created around the kitchen table of Annie Babayan in California, with fruits from her very own garden. Today, the process remains the same - each fruit is carefully sliced and then slowly dehydrated to preserve the natural colour, flavour, scent and nutrients.
These strawberry crisps pair fantastically with delicious goats’ milk cheeses. We recommend Ventoux, Rocamadour and Petit Dôme.
