Fig & Almond Cake
The story of Paiarrop began in the Valencian countryside where Amalio Vallés, who was born into a family of farmers, learnt to love and appreciate the land and the excellent fruits it could produce. As a child, Amalio accompanied his father to markets where they sold hand harvested fruits and now, as an adult, he creates and sells his own fruit wheels, jams and membrillos, inspired by his ancestors recipes.
These fig and almond wheels make the perfect accompaniment to your cheeseboard and pair fantastically well with rich, creamy soft cheeses and flavoursome blues. Total weight: 225g.
