Douces Noires olives grow in Marrakech in Morocco and are plump and black in colour. They are dry cured in sea salt and have a meaty texture and an umami saltiness with notes of liquorice. 

 

Olives are sent out either in a compostable, faux plastic tub or in a recycled glass jar.
