Nduja is a hugely popular spreadable, spicy salami. It hails from Calabria and is made from a mix of pork belly, shoulder, offal and spices. It’s fantastic in pasta sauces, on pizza or even toast.

Guanciale (Pork Cheek), Pancetta, Pork Fat, Spices, Pepper Sauce (Hot Pepper, Salt, Acidity Regulator: E330), Calabrian Pepper (11%), Salt, Dextrose, Smoke Flavour, Antioxidant: E301, Preservatives: E252, E250.
Do not eat the casing.
