Guanciale

Guanciale is a cut of pork taken from the cheek of a pig, characterised by lean veins of muscle crossed with fat. Isola Buona guanciale is tender, rich and flavoursome and can be used cut into small chunks for the ultimate Carbonara. Each pack contains approximately 200g.

Italian Pork Cheek, Sea Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Antioxidant: Sodium Ascorbate, Preservatives: Potassium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrate.
