Balsamic Onions, Leonardi

Back in the 18th Century, the Leonardi farmhouse was born on the hills of Modena, where Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes grow in abundance. These grapes create the grape must that famously goes into Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. The farmhouse has 10 hectares of vineyards and does all the production in house, according to traditional methods and recipes, from the picking and pressing of the grapes to the cooking, ageing, bottling and tasting. 

This is a jar of baby onions in balsamic. Total weight: 300g (180g drained).


Baby Onions (Borettane variety), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (Wine Vinegar, Cooked Grape Must) (10%), Sugar, Salt, Olive Oil. Contains sulphites.
