This beautiful cherry purée makes a brilliant accompaniment to your cheeseboard. It pairs perfectly with blue cheeses, including Fourme d’Ambert, Gorgonzola and the classic Stilton as well as goat’s milk cheeses like Rouelle and Tomette.
