Grilled Razor Clams
Conservas Braseadas Güeyemar is run by chef Abel Álvarez from his restaurant of the same name in Playa de Vega, Spain. The restaurant famously grill all their dishes over fire, predominantly their exceptional seafood, and decided to can their finest products for a one of a kind, homemade luxury canned product.
These Razor Clams are collected in the artisanal way and then grilled over birch, beech and oak wood and preserved in Arbequina Torre Canena Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
