Cuoco Dark Chocolate Florentines
In 2012, after 15 years working as an award winning chef, Liam started looking for a new challenge and while eating his way through a particularly uninspiring packet of biscuits, he decided to start his own company making exceptional biscuits. He renovated a small disused bakery in Somerset and began baking with his wife and just one other employee. ‘Cuoco’ is Italian for chef and rhymes with cocoa so became the perfect name for the company. All the flour used by the bakery comes from Shipton Mill in the Cotswolds and only 100% sustainable cocoa is used in any chocolate containing products.
