Bomba Rice, Riuet

Riuet rice has been grown by hand in a protected natural environment in the Albufera National Park, Valencia for over a century by the same family, though the history of rice growing in the area goes back to the Middle Ages. As crop specialists, Riuet also produce certified seeds and guarantee varietal purity.

Bomba rice is the king of Spanish rice and has a round and pearlized grain. Bomba is the highest quality rice available and retains it’s shape when cooked, even for a long time, whilst increasing significantly in size and absorbing flavour. Total weight: 500g.
