About the Producer

Two Fields Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from 100% Greek Koreniki olives, which have been hand picked and cold pressed. This batch is made in Lasithi, Crete.

Two Fields was formed as the result of an experiment held in the two fields, which the company is now named after, which focused on soil health and regenerative farming. This led to the formation of a social regenerative project which now teaches regenerative farming practices to the wider community, partners with change makers in the UK and which guarantees fair and secure livelihoods for the olive producers. Two Fields work directly with the small scale farming families, who have generations of experience, to produce an exceptional quality oil that also gives back to the land and the people who farm it.

One of the regenerative practices used by the company includes the sowing of diverse cover crops, to build soil health, increase biodiversity and collect beneficial microbes in the earth.
