About the Producer

Delphi Foods is a family run business that was established in 1984 with the goal of showing the best of Greek and Cypriot produce to the UK.
In 1960, Tony Styllis, aged just 14, began working with his father in their Goodge Street fruit and vegetable shop and on the family farm. At the shop, they specialised in importing Greek and Cypriot produce and on the farm, they were the first people in the UK to commercially grow parsley and coriander.
In 1980, Tony became the first person to import Greek yogurt into the UK and 4 years later, he founded Delphi Foods and began creating Greek and Cypriot inspired dips in the UK. His first major client was Harrods, followed soon after by Selfridges.
From 1996 to 2008, Tony’s three children joined the family owned and run business and continue to create and sell hand prepared dips on site in Barnet, London to this day.
