About the Producer

The Valdespino story goes all the way back to 1264, when Don Alfonso Valdespino helped King Alonso to reclaim the city of Jerez and was, in turn, rewarded with some land there. Grapes has been cultivated there since, and are of such high quality that the Valdespino estate even supply the Royal houses of Spain and Sweden with their vinegar.
