Porcini Mushroom Cream

La Favorita was established shortly after the Second World War when the founder began trading local specialities including mushrooms and chestnuts, for anchovies from the local fishermen. The company grew and moved into the production and sale of sauces and preserves made from the very best, local Ligurian produce.

This wild porcini mushroom paste makes a fantastic addition to risotto or sauces, to intensify their flavour and also works well when rubbed under the skin of a chicken breast with some butter! Total weight: 80g.
