Pink Peppercorns, Opies

Opies is one of the oldest family-owned businesses in the UK, having been founded in 1880. In the 1920’s the business moved to Kent, where world class pickling technologies were developed, for which they are still famous for to this day.

Pink peppercorns are the dried berry of a shrub called the Peruvian Pepper Tree. The beautiful berries have a delicate, sweet and peppery flavour, without heat.
