Pancetta is a salt cured pork belly. It is traditionally cut into cubes and fried to add depth to sauces, cassoulets, soups and pasta dishes. It has a rich, meaty and salty flavour and chewy texture.
Sold in slabs (not sliced). Total weight per pack: ~300g.
