L’Estornell Olive Oil has been made by the Vea family, who are renowned their advanced organic farming methods, for three generations now in Catalonia, Spain. Whilst not all of their groves have official organic certification, they follow strict biodynamic principals throughout and also still cultivate their olives the traditional way. Their Arbequina olives grow on ancient terraces carved into the hillside outside Lerida, the province’s capital, and the trees date back over 200 years.
