Dried Horn of Plenty (Trompettes) Mushrooms

Horn of Plenty mushrooms, also known as Trompette de la Mort and Black Chanterelle, are wild, seasonal mushrooms that have a very rich, nutty flavour and parmesan-like aroma. Stir into risotto, blitz and spread on toast or serve with fish or beef.
To use, rehydrate in freshly boiled water for 15 minutes.
