Mulino is a new, Cambridge based company run by couple Chiara and Sasha. They launched Mulino Handmade Pasta in December 2023 and make fresh, handmade pasta and ravioli from scratch, alongside some other traditional Italian baked goods such as biscotti, savoury crackers and pasta sauces.
Their ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible and their products are stocked in a handful of Cambridge independents. We feel very lucky to stock their small batch and small production, artisan products that have almost zero food miles!
