Hand Peeled Tomatoes, Delicario

Delicario specialise in small scale and sustainably produced delicatessen items, predominantly jars of meze and antipasti. They produce a number of regional European delicacies and follow a ‘farm to table’ approach, using only the best producers and showcasing naturally delicious food.
The company name Delicario is split into two halves - ‘Deli’ is a reference to their business as a delicatessen but also hints to the word ‘delicious’, and ‘cario’ is the Latin word for cherished or precious, and reflects the hand selected, luxurious nature of their products.

These tomatoes are grown, harvested and sun dried in Basilicata, Italy. Ancient methods of preserving, drying and salting are followed by the makers, their packaging is 100% recyclable and they never use additives or colourings.
