This vinegar is made with 100% red Grenache grapes and is aged for twenty years in oak barrels. It has a rosy, copper coloured hue and a distinctive flavour, reminiscent of Grenache wine itself. It is intense, full flavoured and slightly acidic with a full fruitiness.

About the Producer

L’Estornell Red Wine Vinegar has been made by the Vea family for three generations now, in the Southern region of Priorat in Catalonia, Spain.
The Vea family are renowned their advanced organic farming methods and whilst not all of their olives groves and vines have official organic certification, they follow strict biodynamic principals throughout and also still cultivate their plants the traditional way.
