Cuttlefish Caponata with Basil & Pine Nuts, Sea Sisters
This is a tin of potted cuttlefish in a basil infused olive oil with red pepper, onion, caper and pine nuts. Caponata is a traditional sweet and sour Sicilian sauce made with aubergine but Sea Sisters have rejigged part of the recipe to create this unique tin.
