Crémant de Limoux, Calmel & Joseph
This Cremant de Limoux follows the Champagne method and has a silky mousse and tightly packed bubbles. It is a stunning pale yellow in colour, is fresh on the nose with green apple and citrus notes, and elegant on the palate, with delicate flavours of peach. It has a fantastic length and can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with food.
750ml, 12%, 60% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc and 10% Pinot Noir.
