This is a mustard based sauce with a slight hint of curry from the turmeric, onion and other spices. It is made to a Caribbean style recipe and offers a light heat but excellent depth of flavour which is very versatile and makes a brilliant addition to your lunchtime sandwich.

About the Producer

This sauce was created and originally made in St. Michael, Barbados, but is now made in USA. The rum bottle shape is a nod to its roots in Barbados and is traditional for most authentic Bajan sauces.
