About the Producer

Grate Britain biscuits are created by Miller’s and are made by a long standing family bakery in the Derbyshire Peak District, with a history spanning more than 100 years. The team’s most cherished tools, including their bronze rollers, are over 80 years old and are still used to this day, and every single cracker and biscuit is still made by hand, using only the finest ingredients.

The Grate Britain range are a hand baked collection of savoury biscuits using grated or crumbled British cheese (never cheese powder or artificial flavours).

Sustainability

All of the butter used is churned in England, the clotted cream is from the West Country, the flour is milled with no additives and all preservatives are banned. By using British ingredients, food miles are reduced. Energy use is also reduced by making everything by hand.
