La Belle Chaurienne has been making traditional French dishes for over 50 years and is famous across France and, indeed now, the world. Many of their products have been winning taste awards for decades.


This is a delicious, traditional goose cassoulet, made with overnight soaked lingo beans, grilled Toulouse sausages and confit goose.
