Casa Berti is a gorgeous villa, situated close to Lucca in Tuscany, Italy. The family maintain an olive grove of around 900 trees. Every year, family and friends gather to harvest and press the olives, producing a small number of limited edition bottles.

 

Casa Berti EVO  has a mellow and soft character with  grassy,  citrussy high notes. It's a lovely oil to savour with good bread and a little vinegar.
