La Madia Regale was established by learned French traveler Mr Antoine Claude Pasquin, who, in the first half of the nineteenth century travelled through Umbria in Italy and fell in love with the exceptional quality products there, notably truffles.
Nowadays, the company source the very best local produce and their team of skilled chefs create sauces, spreads and preserves, using only natural ingredients and no additives or preservatives.
