Single Variety Co was launched in 2016 in Nicola’s home kitchen in London. She had a desire to create the very best tasting fruit preserves and chilli jams on the market, all using just one variety, hence the company name. In 2021, the business moved into a little jam factory in Bristol where every jam is still made in small batches using fruit and chillies from local farms and the least amount of sugar possible, so that the flavour of each fruit and chilli can truly shine.
