About the Producer

Secrets d’Eleveurs have been making traditional, regional recipes for over 50 years in Tarn in the South of France, surrounded by picturesque mountains and close to the Mediterranean Sea.
The ducks grow up on a 100% plant based diet and are free to roam outdoors as much as they please. The chickens are also free range, and are kept in small groups with lots of access to shade. They are fed a 100% plant based diet too, which is certified GMO-free.
