Renilla is a family business that was born in 1910 in Campo Charro, Salamanca, Spain. Renilla continues to follow traditional cooking and production methods and has achieved international success and recognition of their products.

Serrano Ham is a traditional Spanish cured ham with a long history. Traditionally, Serrano Ham was cured in mountainous regions, which provided the correct environmental conditions, with nothing more than sea salt, for 12 months. Most Serrano production has moved into modern curing sheds which replicate mountainous conditions but ensure a higher level of hygiene and uniformity. Pata Negra Serrano Ham is made the traditional way with just sea salt and is cured for a minimum of 18 months for a superior quality ham.
