Pouilly Fumé, Cédrick Bardin, 2023

On the nose, this Pouilly Fumé initially hits with aromas of peach and melon, before a background of citrus emerges. As the wine opens up, mineral and spicy notes take over, with white pepper particularly amplifying the lemon, lime and grapefruit notes. On the palate, white and yellow fruits such as pear, mirabelle plum and melon lend an aromatic profile to this fresh and well balanced wine.
