About the Producer

Francois Doucet Confiseur was founded over 50 years ago in 1969, in in an old almond processing workshop Provence, France. Francois’ great grandfather created the fruit jelly in Auvergne so this project marks the continuation of a long family history.
Thanks to the incredible climate in Provence, the company has access to the very best fruits, including apricot, pear, apple, peach, quince and fig, as well as the famous provencal almonds.
In 1972, the company began making their now famous fruit jellies, which we are thrilled to stock through the festive season. In 2017, the company was awarded with EPV status, which means they have outstanding artisanal expertise.
