Pasticceria Filippi opened up as a family business in 1972 in Zané, Italy, producing naturally leavened baked goods and cakes, made with authentic ingredients and from traditional recipes. The same devotion and enthusiasm goes into each product today. Every panettone is made with a 40 year old yeast starter, free range eggs, fresh butter and other exceptional quality ingredients.
This pear and chocolate Panettone has a beautiful soft inside, with a cloud like crumb and is deipersed with silky dark chocolate drops and diced candied pear.
