Pasticceria Filippi opened up as a family business in 1972 in Zané, Italy, producing naturally leavened baked goods and cakes, made with authentic ingredients and from traditional recipes. The same devotion and enthusiasm goes into each product today. Every panettone is made with a 40 year old yeast starter, free range eggs, fresh butter and other exceptional quality ingredients.
This chestnut panettone has a beautiful soft inside, with a cloud like crumb and is dispersed with small, hand-cut chunks of sweet candied chestnuts. It’s naturally flavoured with Bourbon soaked vanilla pods.
