Pasticceria Filippi opened up as a family business in 1972 in Zané, Italy, producing naturally leavened baked goods and cakes, made with authentic ingredients and from traditional recipes. The same devotion and enthusiasm goes into each product today. Every panettone is made with a 40 year old yeast starter, free range eggs, fresh butter and other exceptional quality ingredients.
This classic panettone has a beautiful soft inside, with a cloud like crumb, natural honey sweetness and festive aroma. It’s studded with Australian raisins and candied Calabrian orange cubes.
Wheat flour, Raisin 15%, Butter, Fresh Egg Yolk Free-Range, Candied Orange Peels 10.7% (Orange Peels, Glucose Syrup, Sugar), Cane Sugar, Water, Natural Yeast (Wheat Flour, Water), Italian Honey, Fresh Milk. Emulsifiers: Mono and Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Milled Candied Lemon Peels 1.3% (Lemon Peels, Glucose Syrup, Sugar), Salt, Natural Flavouring (Vanilla Pods).
