Pasticceria Filippi opened up as a family business in 1972 in Zané, Italy, producing naturally leavened baked goods and cakes, made with authentic ingredients and from traditional recipes. The same devotion and enthusiasm goes into each product today. Every panettone is made with a 40 year old yeast starter, free range eggs, fresh butter and other exceptional quality ingredients.
This cherry Panettone has a beautiful soft inside, with a cloud like crumb and is dispersed with naturally candied sour cherries.
Wheat Flour, Candied Cherries 25.5% (Sour Cherries, Glucose Syrup, Sugar), Butter, Fresh Egg Yolk Free Range, Cane Sugar, Water, Natural Yeast (Wheat Flour, Water), Italian Honey, Fresh Milk, Emulsifiers: Mono and Glycerides of Fatty Acids, Natural Flavour (Vanilla Pods), Salt.
End of season stock. Best before Feb or March '23.
