About the Producer

Opus Oléa is a Greek Koroneiki olive oil, from the family farm near Olympia on mainland Greece. The family have owned olive groves here for 175 years and make a limited production, sustainably farmed, high quality oil. The family have banned chemical pesticides and fertilisers on their estate and also extract the oil without heat or the use of any industrial chemicals.
