Marques de Valdueza Red Wine Vinegar

The Alvarez de Toledo family have been preserving the tradition of olive oil making culture for generations. There is a huge focus on conserving the environment as well as respecting tradition and technology, with a goal to produce the highest quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

The history of Marques de Valdueza Red Wine Vinegar started in 2007, when, after vigorous testing, the team decided to use their un-bottled pressed wine to produce vinegar using the traditional Orleans method. The vinegar is then aged in old French oak barrels for 36 months to ensure a vinegar with great depth and a complex flavour.

This red wine vinegar is made with a blend of Cabernet-Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot varieties, all of which are grown on the estate in Extremadura, Spain. This bottle contains 250ml.
